Ok this'll take some explaining.
I was telling my freind and housemate ~Hanitchka19 about when I was a kid (maybe about 5 years old) and learning about God - they taught religion in a pretty haphazard way at my school - as far as I was aware, God was up there somewhere, I reasoned, in the clouds (I couldn't see anything else up there that looked solid enough). Now when you're a kid people also expect you to believe in Santa - which, let me tell you is a lot easier than believing in God when you're five - I mean with Santa there's actual empirical evidence on Christmas morning!
Now I somehow got the idea that Santa also came from "up there" somewhere (maybe it was the fact that he flies around on a sleigh), and I reasoned thus; that if Christmas was something to do with God, and Santa was a lot to do with Christmas, then Santa and God must know each other!
This soon developed into a belief that Santa and God lived with each other in the clouds.
As I said... I was telling my friend ~Hanitchka19 about this and she said it would make quite a funny sitcom or cartoon. A day in bed ill, and voila!
